There are two options for connecting your payment card to the ring: After checkout or via the Android app.
- After Checkout
We recommend connecting your card after checkout, on the website before the order is shipped. Your ring will remain inactive until you receive and activate it. This method is applicable for both Android and iOS users.
- Via Android Phone
If you have an Android smartphone and prefer to connect your card after receiving your ring, you can do so using the Fidesmo mobile app.
*Please be aware that iOS does not support card connection. However, the Fidesmo app can still be used to activate, disable/pause the ring, or write a URL to the ring.

CNICK has partnered with Fidesmo, a payment service provider that works with a range of banks. Simply connect your supported payment cards to your ring and enjoy seamless payments wherever Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
⚠️ If your card is not on our supported list, you can get a Curve digital card in just a few minutes. You can link any MasterCard, Visa or even UK PayPal accounts to Curve. Once your Curve card is connected to your ring, any of your cards linked to Curve will also be connected to the ring. Curve is available in the UK and EEA.

Shipping
- Ceramic and Wood rings will be delivered within 2-4 days after the order has been shipped.
The process of crafting the Silver and Gold rings and subsequent shipping generally requires 4-6 weeks. - Product prices for the EU and UK customers include all taxes, while customers outside these regions are responsible for paying customs taxes.

Returns
Faulty or inaccurate size product
If you find the ring you received is defective we will provide a replacement free of charge.- Wrong Size
If you have ordered the wrong size ring, we can replace it with a new one for an additional 20.00 EUR to cover the shipping and handling cost of the replacement ring.
If you have ordered a customizable item in the wrong size, we offer a replacement for an additional 50.00 EUR.
Refund
You can return or exchange your CNICK Ring within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is fully functional and undamaged. You can choose to receive a refund or an exchange. However, the shipping and handling charges from your original order, including VAT or customs fees, are non-refundable.

The highest level of security
- CNICK rings can be deactivated instantly using mobile application;
- CNICK rings transmit signal from the circle so in order to make the ring readable you have to bend your finger and tap the knuckle on the reader;
- CNICK Rings use tokenization to secure the transaction. Tokenization replaces sensitive card information with a random code, or "token". Even if a criminal manages to capture this information, they would not be able to reuse it to make a fraudulent purchase. Therefore paying using CNICK rings is more secure than using debit/credit card as tokenization makes it impossible even to read card details (the code that is printed on the card and used for ecom purchases);
- CNICK Rings use the world's most secure EMVCo certified chip, which unlike regular NFC chips, has multi-level encryption. that makes it impossible to clone;
- CNICK rings as any other NFC device only work within a few centimeters, so criminal would need to get very close to the victim. This is generally more difficult and riskier than other forms of digital theft;
- There is a limit on the value of a single contactless transaction, requiring a PIN for larger transactions. The limit varies by country, usually it is between 50-100 EUR.
