Orders which are already shipped can’t be fully refunded. If the ring isn’t shipped yet we can issue a full refund upon the customer’s request.

⚠️ For gold rings that are customized and already made for a customer, any changes to the customization will incur a fee of € 200.

Returns

Faulty or inaccurate size product

If you receive a defective ring, we will replace it at no additional cost, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.

Wrong Size

• If you have ordered the wrong size ring, we can replace it with a new one for an additional € 20.00 to cover the shipping and handling cost of the replacement ring.

• If you have ordered a customizable item in the wrong size, we offer a replacement for an additional € 50.00.
• For gold ring exchanges, a € 100 fee applies to cover return shipping costs.

Refund

You can return or exchange your CNICK Ring within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is fully functional and undamaged. You can choose to receive a refund or an exchange.  Please be advised that the €10 return shipping fee is non-refundable.

The ring must be returned within two (2) weeks of submitting a return request.

For gold ring return, a €100 fee applies to cover return shipping costs.

⚠️ Customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. A customized order includes any item with custom engraving or personalized colors. This applies to rings made of wood, titanium, silver, gold, or ceramic.

If you cancel your order after receiving a sizing kit, a  € 5  fee is non-refundable.

Warranty

Your CNICK is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects or failure to function.
  

• This warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear, scratches, coating wear, or cosmetic damage;
  • normal battery-capacity reduction;
  • accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, impact, crushing, or unauthorized modification;
  • damage caused by chemicals, extreme temperatures, electrical contact, short circuits, or exposed energized components;
  • loss, theft, incorrect sizing, or unreadable or altered serial numbers;
  • compatibility or service issues involving third-party banks, payment networks, mobile devices, applications, vehicles, or other services.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
