This ist my third Cnick Ring, and all are awesome! The first one was ceramic with Opal. I got it 2022 and lost it this year. The second one was a gift for my partner, a wooden ring in black with a silvery inlay. As I liked the design of the wooden ring, I ordered one in Green as a replacement for the lost one. It's five Stars for all three of them!
They look elegant and they are high-quality, built to last. The payments feature is a bit complicated if your bank doesn't offer this Service. But with a little help from the friendly Cnick staff, it worked out just fine with VimPay and Fidesmo.

NOT FOR Support helping me through it along the way ??????????cnick ring would recommend to anybody but setting is tricky if you don't know how to do the virtual card set up on curve but got there in the end.

Loving my CNICK Gen2! It looks great, feels very durable, and contactless payments are incredibly convenient. I especially love the ease of using the London public transport system without having to unlock my phone or get a card out. Just fist-bump the reader and you're on your way. Setup using the Fidesimo app was a breeze, and their customer service was fantastic when I had a minor issue. Quick to resolve and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I ended up in touch with an overseas company not the Australian partner I had bought the bracelet through. They contacted Australia for me and Customer service was great. The ring itself is much better than i expected. Really nice quality and thin so not bulky on the finger. Took no time at all to set up. I had already set up a curve account amd added my payment card. Activating the ring with CNICK took seconds. Have used the ring for lots of purchases at different retailers and always works first time. Just make a fist and tap your knuckle on reader, not the ring itself. No need to carry a wallet and bank cards anymore. Brilliant bit of kit.

I�ve owned several of these rings over time, and they�ve become part of my daily routine. One was unfortunately lost during a dive, but that didn�t stop me from replacing it. Being able to make payments without taking out a phone or wallet is extremely convenient, especially in Singapore, where public transport and many shops accept NFC payments. It�s also a real conversation starter. Cashiers are often surprised to see a payment made with a ring, and it always gets a reaction. Practical, discreet, and genuinely useful.

Purchased 3 rings so far. (1 lost during my diving in the sea). I love the function to pay without a mobile. This is especially usefull when I use this in Singapore, where the public transport accept the NFC card payment. Never seen anyone esle in Singapore used this ring. I amazed many merchants when I pay with ring. :)
I have to get a Curve account in UK, and bind my singapore card. I hope the ring can add support in singapore in future.

Initially I thought the on boarding process was little complicated and more details needed to explain how the three elements of the solution, the CNICK ring itself, the app that controls it (Fidesmo) and the Bank/ Card behind it all comes together. But, once up and running it works extremely well. Much better than phone payments at say a TFL Metro barrier, or paying for items on a low counter where positioning your face to authenticate is often a faff. But probably my favourite ease of use is paying for road tolls when abroad. For that I swap my ring over to my left hand which is closest to the toll booth window. No risk of fumbling and dropping a credit card out of the window, or trying somehow to authenticate with your face if paying by phone.

Beautifully made and engraved ring, with very personal and attentive service from the company. It works flawlessly - I have set up payment and business card functions. Highly recommended, particularly if you have an active lifestyle or have a tendency to forget your wallet!

The ring is exactly as advertised and looks perfect. It functions precisely as you would hope with my Tesla and provides both additional convenience (from not having to carry my wallet or phone) as well as an emergency backup in case my phone were to die or something.

I did contact support and they were both responsive and very cordial (thanks Nutsa!). I look forward to the eventual payment option here as well.

I ordered a ring from this company in France. What is good however is the product. I ordered a silver payment ring. I ordered it from this company as Curve is often the only option for signing up to other people's wearables, however Revolut VISA, also works with this ring. Anyway, it arrived, installing a card is fairly simple but took a few goes. Since installing I've used it successfully at Carrefour, Intermarche, Gamme Vert, Bricomarche, Lidl and a Pharmacy in France, so far so good. My intention is to use it for public transport where I'd rather not take out my phone.

The ring is great; however, it failed after 8 months. I got in touch with support. To be honest, I did not have much faith in finding a resolution. They immediately set up a replacement and received it within 3 days of raising the issue.

I have tried different payment terminals and it works well. Handy for shopping and payments. Communication and customer support is great. Easy to order and setup. Can recommend.

Very nice product. Sizing system is easy and worked well. App is easy to use. Ring looks very good. It works well, only occasional problems but these are due to the card reader rather than the ring. I use it daily on the Tube, on buses, in stores.

I start with saying I returned the first ring as I couldn�t get it working. They contacted me within 48 hours to apologise and as if I�d try it again. It works fantastically and I have never had a company take so much care to resolve, what turned out to be a minor issue. I have recommended to all my friends.
